Little Tiger Naturalists at University School of Nashville is a week-long outdoor camp designed specifically for the youngest nature enthusiasts — rising kindergartners and first graders ages five and six. Set on USN's campus at 2000 Edgehill Ave in the heart of Nashville, it gives little ones a genuine introduction to the natural world through hands-on exploration. Kids spend their days on nature walks, bug hunts, and plant investigations, connecting with the living things around them rather than learning from a screen or worksheet. Nature-inspired art projects round out the week, letting kids express what they discover in creative ways. It runs just one session — June 8 through 12 — from 8:00 in the morning until 4:00 in the afternoon, making it a full-day commitment at $500 for the week. The young age range keeps the groups small and the pace appropriately gentle for this crowd. Families also explore University School of Nashville: A Week of Water and University School of Nashville: Wild Animals! for similar outdoor nature options nearby.
