Ensworth: 3D Design & Fabrication for Middle School

In this middle school makerspace class, students will have the full run of the high school Fabrication Lab as they dive into the world of digital design and engineering using both Tinkercad and Onshape—the same cloud-based CAD software used by real engineers. Campers will learn how to build detailed models, test mechanical ideas, and create functional projects. They'll get hands-on experience with 3D printers, laser cutting, gears, wheels, chains, sprockets, and whatever else they need for moving mechanisms from our Robotics Lab.
